Yes, the seller is reliable. Great attention to detail and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The main reason why I purchase this was that my wife past-away January. Falling asleep alone was the most difficult thing to do after she was gone. Now I fall asleep in bed and not on the couch. Everything else was secondary. Also, I have to mention that the customers service is very friendly. I would definitely buy another one like this from the company again.
