Yes, not surprisingly, the company itself is very professional as is their website. I don’t think they ever took more than 24 hours to respond to questions I had before ordering and after receiving my review. The seller was an excellent negotiator and I felt he represented me well to the doll maker. We sent a total of 30 emails back and forth and each time I received a prompt, patient response.
